Are you a WHS student who is looking for an alternative to regular PE class? Then why not sign-up for Girls’ Off-Season Lacrosse?! You can fulfill your PE requirement while learning a new sport and being part of one of the most competitive high school lacrosse teams in the area.
Girls’ Lacrosse Off-Season PE would replace your regular PE class and begins when school starts on August 21st. The class will be run by Varsity Head Coach Lyndsey Munoz. Lyndsey is a certified personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning coach. She will teach the fundamentals of the game while aiming to develop fitness and athletic ability. No experience is necessary, and many players begin their Freshman year. In the spring, the class transitions into the competitive season with games being played at home and away.
If interested, please submit your information into the Sport Interest Form. Once your name is added to the off-season roster, you will be able to have your schedule changed by your counselor. Please contact Coach Lyndsey Munoz at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
